Coach Ali brings over 20 years of competitive martial arts experience to every class, blending high-level technical knowledge with a coaching style that helps people improve faster, safer, and with confidence.

With a strong academic background in Life Sciences and Biomedical Engineering, Coach Ali teaches using evidence-based training methods—structured progressions, purposeful drills, and intelligent conditioning. Every workout is designed to challenge the body, sharpen coordination, and build real-world strength without wasting time or risking injury.

 

His fitness kickboxing classes are more than just a sweat session. They’re well-structured, high-energy, and skill-driven, helping students:
